EVO CONCEPT+ High Production Dishwasher — Model #19058739

The EVO CONCEPT+ is an undercounter high production dishwasher constructed from type 304 stainless steel with a stamped one-piece tank, double skin sides, and a counterbalanced insulated door with 15-1/4" ware clearance. It supports adjustable legs for stable installation and is field convertible to 3-phase power.

Operating on IPX4 electronic controls with soft start, the unit offers three wash cycles of 90, 120, and 180 seconds at 0.63 gallons per cycle, delivering 37 racks per hour via the EFFI rinse linear system. The ECO autofill system manages water levels automatically, while a built-in drain pump, pressure gauge, and detergent and rinse aid dispenser streamline daily operation.

High-temperature washing is supported by a built-in 70°F rise booster and electric tank heat, powered by a 3/4 HP motor at 208–240V/60/1 (NEMA 6-20P). Total power output is 3.7 kW at half power, 4.6 kW at two-thirds power, and 6.5 kW at full power. Includes one 20"x20" flat rack, one 20"x20" peg rack, and one cutlery container.
