Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on a3equipment.ca with A3 Trading Ltd., operating as A3 Equipment ("A3 Equipment", "we", "us"). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across Canada.

2. Delivery charges

  • Delivery is not free. Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of the equipment and the delivery address, and are shown at checkout or quoted to you in writing before your order ships.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable (see our Refund Policy).

3. Delivery times

  • Delivery times are estimates and vary with your location, the manufacturer or vendor, and product availability. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer or vendor.
  • We will tell you the estimated delivery time for your order and let you know if it changes.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.
  • If you are buying as a consumer in British Columbia and your order is not delivered within 30 days of the delivery date set out in your contract, you may have the right to cancel under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act. See section 8 of our Refund Policy.

4. Receiving your order

  • Commercial equipment is usually delivered by freight carrier. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery and that the site is accessible.
  • Delivery does not include installation or gas, electrical or plumbing connection. Installation is available as a separate service — see Kitchen Design and Installation.

5. Inspect on delivery

Please inspect your order when it arrives and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt. Report any damage or shortage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, to Info@a3trading.ca.

6. Taxes

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). GST and PST, or other applicable provincial taxes, are added at checkout based on the province of delivery.
