What to send, so the first reply is a useful one
Most of the back-and-forth on an enquiry is us asking for things you already have. Send them first and you skip a day.
Buying equipment
- Make and model, or a link to the product
- Quantity, and when you need it
- Delivery postcode, or say you are collecting
- Gas type and voltage if it is a cooking appliance
Fabrication or a fit-out
- Drawings, or measured site dimensions
- A photo of the space with a tape measure in it
- Your equipment schedule if you have one
- The narrowest doorway on the route in
Service or a fault
- Make, model and serial number
- What it is doing, and when it started
- A photo of the data plate and of the fault
- Site address and who will be there

Coming to the warehouse
The Surrey warehouse is a collection point as well as a stockroom. It is unit 107 at 12332 Pattullo Pl — a multi-unit building, so check the unit number before you turn in.
Call before you set off. Ring (778) 512-5098 and give the order number, and we can have it ready at the door rather than have you wait while it is picked. That also lets us confirm someone will be there for the time you are planning to arrive.
Bring help or a strap for anything heavy — commercial equipment is heavier than it looks and most of it will not go in a car. If you would rather not handle it, delivery is available anywhere in Canada and is quoted separately on every order.
