Replacing one piece in a kitchen that already runs

Not every equipment call is a fit-out. Often it is one piece: an undercounter fridge that has stopped holding temperature, a fryer past economical repair, a mixer that gave out mid-service. Replacing a unit in a working kitchen is a narrower problem than specifying a new one, because the footprint, the utility connections and the gap in the line have already been decided for you.

Send us the model you are replacing, the width and depth of the space it sits in, and the service it runs on. If the model is still current we will quote it. If it has been discontinued, we will point you at the nearest equivalent from the brands we carry. Delivery into Burnaby, or pickup in Surrey

We deliver anywhere in Canada, Burnaby included. Delivery is a paid service, quoted separately from the equipment, and it is never folded into the price. Tell us the address, whether there is a dock or a lift, and how wide the doorways are, and we will price the run properly instead of guessing at it.

Pickup is the other option. Orders are normally ready for collection at the Surrey warehouse within 24 hours, and from Burnaby that is a manageable trip with a van or a trailer. Our Surrey page has the collection details.

Used, open-box and clearance stock

Not every replacement has to be new. We sell used, open-box and clearance equipment alongside the new catalogue, which is worth checking when you need to fill a gap quickly or you are fitting out to a tight budget. Check what is currently listed under used equipment and ask us to confirm a unit is still available before you plan around it.

When a standard size will not fit

Where a back-of-house corner or an older building leaves you with a dimension no catalogue table matches, a standard size will not do. We fabricate custom stainless steel, so worktops, sinks and shelving can be made to your measurements rather than to the nearest standard size. Parts, servicing and financing

We service equipment for our own customers, on equipment we supplied. We are not a general third-party repair company, so we cannot take on machines bought elsewhere. What we do keep is parts and accessories for the lines we sell, including Rational, Thorinox and Atosa, which matters when a door gasket or a control knob is the only thing standing between you and a working service.
