EVO CONCEPT+ Dishwasher — Model #19074023

The EVO CONCEPT+ is a hood type commercial dishwasher built from type 304 stainless steel with a stamped one-piece tank and rock counterbalanced door. It supports adjustable straight-thru or corner installation and delivers a capacity of 60 racks per hour across three wash cycles of 55, 75, and 120 seconds.

The unit runs on IPX4 electronic controls with an ECO autofill system, built-in detergent and rinse aid dispenser, and a 1 HP wash pump. High-temperature washing is backed by a built-in 70°F rise booster and electric tank heat, with a total power of 18.0 kW at 208V/60/1, 75.0 amps. Certified ETL, cETLus, CE, and ENERGY STAR®.
