Aluminum Pan Racks

Pan racks hold sheet pans and bus bins in slotted tiers so bakeries, restaurant kitchens and dish areas can stage trays between prep, the oven and the walk-in. The Thorinox aluminum racks here run from six to nineteen pan capacities in 15, 18 and 21 inch widths, as single or double frames, and some models carry middle reinforcement bars.

Check the slot spacing against the pans you actually use, since tall proofing loads need more clearance between tiers than flat sheet trays.
