The EVO CONCEPT is an undercounter dishwasher constructed from type 304 stainless steel with a stamped one-piece tank, double skin sides, and a counterbalanced insulated door with 15-1/4" ware clearance. Adjustable legs provide stable installation.

Operating on IPX4 electronic controls with soft start, the unit offers a single 120-second wash cycle at 0.63 gallons per cycle, delivering 30 racks per hour at a rinse pressure of 20–25 psi. The auto-fill system manages water levels automatically, while a built-in drain pump, pressure gauge, and detergent and rinse aid dispenser simplify daily operation.

High-temperature washing is supported by a built-in 70°F rise booster and electric tank heat, powered by a 3/4 HP motor at 208–240V/60/1 (NEMA 6-20P) with a total power of 3.5 kW. Includes one 20"x20" flat rack, one 20"x20" peg rack, and one cutlery container. Certified ETL, cETLus, CE, and ENERGY STAR®.
