Open wire decks let air circulate around stock and make it easy to see what is on a shelf, which is why they are the default for dry stores and back-of-house racks. Shelves clip to posts at whatever heights suit your cases and containers.

Note that chrome is intended for dry areas; a walk-in or a wet corner calls for a coated or epoxy finish instead.
