Online Purchase Terms & Conditions
1. General
By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These apply to all online sales by A3 Trading LTD (A3 Equipment) (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and form a binding agreement between you (“the customer”) and A3 Trading LTD (A3 Equipment).
2. Product Information
Product details, descriptions, and images are provided by the manufacturer or vendor. While we try to be accurate, products may vary slightly from what is shown. By ordering, you accept these minor differences.
3. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include taxes unless otherwise stated.
Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Provincial Sales Tax (PST) or other provincial taxes will be added at checkout based on the customer’s province of delivery.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept major credit cards, e-transfers, and approved financing options.
4. Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed once payment is received and verified. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order due to stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, vendor, and product availability.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or factors beyond our control.
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damages or shortages within 48 hours.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns require prior written authorization.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Custom, special-order, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
7. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s or vendor’s standard warranty. Warranty claims must include proof of purchase.
8. Limitation of Liability
A3 Trading LTD (A3 Equipment) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or downtime, arising from the use or inability to use a product.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Surrey, BC.
