An instant-read thermometer so you can cook with confidence

The Bios Professional DT110 is a stainless steel thermometer with a spike stem for monitoring the temperature of food while cooking. It is safe to use this item in an oven. The dial has a diameter of 1.75 inches and is mounted on a 4.75-inch stem. A protective sleeve is included, allowing the thermometer to be carried safely in a pocket or on an apron.

The DT110’s temperature range is 0° to 220° Fahrenheit (-18° to 104° Celsius) and the lens housing is glass. The thermometer is calibratable to ensure long-running accuracy. It is dishwasher-safe and NSF-approved.

The term “instant read” means that you get a temperature reading that is virtually instant. As this thermometer is analog, it will take a few seconds for the dial to reach the temperature. Analog thermometers are typically good for giving you a read of food temperature without having to open the door and interrupt the cooking process. Digital thermometers can, however, give you a quicker read and are a little more accurate.
